Journaling is a core part of my creative and spiritual practice. And lately, without fully knowing why, I’ve been drawn to hosting group journaling sessions. The questions I’m asking myself: How can coming together intentionally create a safe container for everyone to dive deep into their own material? What role can journaling prompts play in helping us go where we might not have thought to otherwise, and yet, somehow it is our own pen and instincts guiding us? And in what way can our conversations with our friends and family be deepened if we journal together?
If you’re curious about exploring these questions with me— and whatever else the prompts will bring up— come join. 6PM BST / 1 PM EST/ 10 AM PST.
